These are a couple of pics of my minature model of Bekonscot Model Village in Beaconsfield, England. The figures dotted about representing visitors & workmen are 12mm (1/2 inch) tall - so you can see how small it is.
Bekonscot was the first model village in the world and was my inspiration to try building one of my own. It's a really cool place - go have a look at the link to their site.
I had a visitor one day who lives in Beaconsfield. She was highly amused to see that she'd come halfway around the world to see a picture of her next-door neighbours! Small world sometimes.
cheers
